Dave has extensive expience in the field. He is a past president of the New England Alarm Association Council and holds a Connecticut L-5 Contractor's license. Dave's expertise in alarm systems was gained through years of experience with Advanced Security, founded by Dave, and Sonitrol Security where he was vice-president and partner. As the owner of Whitney Street Properties, Dave gained valuable knowledge managing and maintaining several Hartford Connecticut area apartment buildings. Dave is responsible for renovating and re-opening a small boat marina, Rock Landing Marina, on the Connecticut River. Dave then brought his skills to the management of All Track N' RV in East Hampton CT.

Dave's experiences while inspecting homes and the increasing concern about the affects of mold led him to seek more experise in detecting mold growth. This led to Dave's membership in the Environmental Solutions Association and his certification as a Mold Inspector. Dave's certification through the Environmental Solutions Association requires yearly continuing education and provides him with the latest news and updates concerning mold detection and elimination.
